STILFER has been engaged in medium heavy metal carpentry for more than 39 years.
The company consists of 20 robotic welding stations, a machining department and a cutting department.
It employs over 120 specialized employees and has 6 production facilities developed in a total area of 11500 m².

MECHANICAL DESIGNS
The technical office supports the production departments, integrating the processes according to the industrialization of the product with avant-guarde tools.
METAL SHEET CUTTING
The system IERP integration and the available technologies as Laser, Plasma, Ossitaglio allow to realize cutting metalworks in different thickness materials, in great quantities thanks to a flexible production plan.
FOLDING
We can provide press brake bending processings on legths up to 3000 mm with bending power up to 320 tons.
MECHANICAL MANUFACTURINGS
A well-equipped mechanical workings departmenet allows to perform both turning and milling operations, ensuring required drawing tolerance.
ROBOTIC WELDING
The robotic work stations are 20 equipped by one or two tables to work materials up to 12 mt. length and capacity up to 6000 kg. A highly staff of certificated welders does shift work.
MANUAL WELDING
A highly staff of certificated welders works according to Welding Procedure Specification WPS written on WPQR cerificate.
SANDBLASTING AND PAINTING
STILFER offers many solutions as cathaphoresis painting, powder coating, liquid painting, both for small batches and large runs, both in RAL paints and custom solutions.
ASSEMBLY
We are able to realize assembly according to the specific requests of the customer. Qualified staff, advanced lifting and moving equipment, production process performed according to specific instructions, ensure high quality and safety standards to realize finished products.
