STILFER pays close attention to the raw material, choosing the best quality available on the market. All certificates of the composition of the material are available and managed with special software to guarantee complete traceability of every single component created.

The technical office supports the production departments and guarantees the processes according to the industrialization of the product through cutting-edge tools.

In collaboration with the customer, we study the optimal solution to create the product thanks to significant technical know-how in the carpentry field.

For each specific department, we use specialized software to integrate the production flow; furthermore, each specific piece of equipment for the processing phases is designed and created by our internal team.

Our specialized staff carries out checks both on the incoming material and during the phases of the entire production chain, as well as the final tests; an operator qualified in the “Non-Destructive testing in the VT (Visual Examination) method Level II” according to EN ISO 9712 checks the conformity of the welds performed in STILFER .

The 2D and 3D measuring instruments subject to periodic calibration, strict sampling tests on the entire production and detailed control instructions allow us to maintain a high level of quality and process control, guaranteeing a repeatable standard for each individual component/batch.

The specific instructions linked to the control of the welds and the related defects guarantee a high level of control, thus eliminating the production of non-compliant components.
