SANDBLASTING AND PAINTING
Painting suppliers are carefully selected and regularly controlled to meet all customer’s requirements.
ROBOTIC WELDING
The robotic work stations are 15 equipped by one or two tables to work materials up to 12 mt. length and capacity up to 6000 kg. A highly staff of certificated welders does shift work.
MANUAL WELDING
A highly staff of certificated welders works according to Welding Procedure Specification WPS written on WPQR cerificate.
MECHANICAL WORKINGS
A well-equipped mechanical workings department allows to perform both turning and milling operations, ensuring required drawing tolerance.
BENDING
We can provide press brake bending processings on legths up to 3000 mm with bending power up to 320 tons.
CUTTING PLATES
The system IERP integration and the available technologies as Laser, Plasma, Ossitaglio allow to realize cutting metalworks in different thickness materials, in great quantities thanks to a flexible production plan.
